People have started setting off fireworks since May. Not only is it illegal but it is scaring our pets and making them run and get lost or worse hit by cars. Please secure your pets now. Have a name tag with your current phone # on it. Secure your pet inside your home at night. The shelters are already getting full. So when they get too full they have to make room by euthanizing the animals that are already in there. Let's all do our part and keep the animals safe and home. For those who are setting off fireworks the fine is up to $17,500 now. The cities are having the fire dept stretched thin because of the fires these fireworks are causing. They aren't messing around.
