Professional Web developer needed for Wordpress site

I’m looking for a website developer, who is familiar with coding and WP bakery builder plugin. I’m having an issue locating the template form for my book a massage page. Also, I’m having an issue with the my massage service checkout. My web developer did not add the price, promo code or gift card section and it’s not connected to stripe properly. I previously had a website designer/ developer before him and only wanted the new developer to update the website, but it looks like he created a whole new website using WP bakery builder plugin. I cannot find out how to do or change anything now. I do not have a WP bakery builder license, so it might have a sample version and I do not want to purchase because I don’t know how to use it. Please be able to get on the phone so we can walk through the website together. My website is complex with two checkout systems. One for massage service and one for the wellness store. Please have good communication, please speak complete English, first language preferred and actually care about fixing the problem, be very informative and be honest about the situation. If we cannot get on the phone please do not quote me, if I have to pay you before you can talk to me, please do not quote me. If you know you don’t care and just want the money, please do not send me a quote. If you are the middle man and have a team, please do not quote me. I’m looking for someone who can be one on one, direct communication, fast and efficient. I’m looking for someone with excellent customer service, great character and that actually wants to satisfy their consumers. FYI I know my website store needs to be updated, that’s not my concern or focus right now. Please do not try to quote me on upgrading until you have completed the task I asked for.
